Ronald Rohde is the Secretary General of MAJA.
Ron Rohde has significant experience advising individuals and serving as outside counsel for many small business owners. Upon graduation from a north Texas high school, he attended Cornell University and then University of Miami School of Law. He then worked as an associate working on immigration and business matters, primarily for Chinese clients. Licensed in Florida and Texas.
 

   
Ted Good is a Director of MAJA.
Mr. Good is a veteran real estate developer with more than 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Good has directed real estate developments  including apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, office/industrial buildings and retail centers. He is the President of Pacrim US LLC and is responsible for the Company's growth strategy. Pacrim US LLC is the prime developer of Country Place Senior Living facilities throughout the U.S. Currently, the company has identified 550 markets for Country Place Senior Living facilities with one hundred sites owned and sixty under contract to purchase.
   
Amber Bagwell is the Public Relations Manager of MAJA.
She is a strategic communications specialist and the Public Relations and Political Awareness Manager for the CP Homes division of Pacrim US LLC, based in Dallas, Texas.  This includes strategic planning and tactical execution of Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Community and Political Outreach programs. Ms. Bagwell had also managed client services for political strategy, messaging, targeting, design and production including work with current members of Congress on their constituent communications while working with Winning Directions, one of the nation’s leading political direct mail firm. 
   
Shae Armstrong is the Legal Counsel of MAJA.
He is a licensed attorney by the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of International Trade. He has spoken on the subject of EB-5 across the United States and China.  He has experience representing investors, real estate developers, EB-5 regional centers, and other EB-5 investment vehicles.  He has also successfully completed the series 22 and 63 securities licensing exams, and he is a Texas licensed real estate salesperson. Shae received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While at Tulsa Law, Mr. Armstrong earned his Certificate in Comparative and International Law and was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law.
   
Matt Gordon is a Director of MAJA
Matt is the Chief Executive Officer of E3 Investment Group and the Chairman of E3 Cargo, an EB-5 financed trucking company.  Mr. Gordon’s career spans business operations, finance and law.  Since entering the EB-5 sector, Mr. Gordon has become a noted expert on legal topics related to EB-5 organizational structure and EB-5 policy.  He is the editor of the leading legal treatise on the EB-5 program, “The EB-5 Book” and is a frequent writer and lecturer.  He has also done policy work with at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and with the White House.
   
The Honorable Mr. Gerry Weiner is an advisor of MAJA.
Mr. Weiner is a former Minister of Immigration and Citizenship, and Secretary of State of Canada. Mr. Gerry Weiner was responsible for the creation of the Canada Immigrant Investor Program. He is also the Director of Investor Relations for PACE Law Firm, Toronto, and the Senior Advisor to COPLAN Consultancy, Montreal. Mr. Gerry Weiner was also the former chair of the board of the Old Port, and the former chair of the board of the Centre for Literacy of Quebec.
